Terms of service
General
The House of Spirit is a platform for publishing and reading stories. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Account
Use a working email address when you sign up and keep your password secret. Everything done under your account is considered done by you. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, write to us.
Your content
You keep the rights to the stories and chapters you publish. By publishing, you allow the site to store your content and show it to readers until you delete it. You confirm that you have the right to publish it: the text is yours or you have the author's permission.
What is not allowed
Publishing other people's texts without permission; posting content that breaks the law; insulting, harassing or threatening other users; spam and advertising; attempts to break into the site, guess passwords or download content automatically.
Moderation
The administration may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the site rules, and may restrict access to an account. You can report content via the Contacts page.
Liability
The site is provided as is: we do our best to keep it running without interruptions or data loss, but cannot guarantee it. Authors are responsible for the content they publish.
Changes to the terms
A new version of these terms is published on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
Version of 23 October 2026.
